PawHi’s Choice – Dog Friendly Hangout Spots In Bali

Lucky for us pawrents, Bali is pretty dog friendly; meaning there are plenty of places that you can go to spend the day with your pup. We have gathered some of our favourite spots, most of which are great for lazy brunches and sunsets because… This is Bali right?!




Located on trendy Batu Belig, Bow serves mouth-watering food at reasonable prices with beautiful views of the rice terraces. What’s more, the owner of this restaurant welcomes pets in; just make sure they are on their best behaviour.




If you love organic vegan food, this is the place for you! This environmentally conscious restaurant is in the heart of Ubud welcomes dogs in, it even has a few of it’s own dogs.

Kembali Bumbak:



This new joint in Umalas is a super stylish, instagrammable café/restaurant that is great for coffees and brunch, as well as a romantic dinner spot. It has a beautiful outdoor patio that is dog friendly so your pup can come and enjoy the atmosphere with you.

Naked Coconut:



This tropical beach bar in Berawa is everything you could possibly want; cold beers, bean bags, good music and a beautiful view. This rustic little bar is the perfect place to socialize for both hoomans and pooches. Dogs can have the best time ever frolicking in the sea with all of their other furriends whilst you enjoy that ice cold Bintang.

The Lawn:



This lively, vibrant beachfront bar and restaurant is always very popular, it has a spacious green area for your pups to play. It can get super busy in the evening but it is chilled and laid back in the daytime. Dogs are welcome if supervised and the sunset view from here is one not to be missed!

707 Beachberm Batu Belig:



This rustic beach bar does great food and drinks at cheap prices. It’s dog friendly with many locals bringing their pups for play dates whilst they enjoy a cold beer. But if your pups not a big fan of loud music, the live DJ performance could be a drawback for you.

Mano Beach House:



On Petitenget beach, Mano Beach House is charming and secluded, a great spot for you and your pooch to enjoy the sunset together. It has beanbag chairs to lounge in and shady spots for you and your pooch to cool down and relax. It serves great food and with a laid back atmosphere it is perfect for a lazy afternoon.

Kinoa Pererenan:



Being located in Pererenan is a little off the beaten track, but it is a true gem. It’s a small cafe with a huge view of the rice fields, serving organic clean food and it’s great for vegetarians! With a backyard lawn that is a perfect place for pups to hang, it’s even a perfect place to have a dogy party.

Bingin Beach:



Bingin is a beautiful cliff side beach with delicious restaurants, bars and surf – what more could you want! This beach is super dog friendly, with plenty of other local pups for your dog to play with. There are great options for accommodation on this beach where you and your pooch can stay comfortably and watch Bali’s most beautiful sunsets!

Conrad Bali:



The Conrad is a stunning, luxury hotel in Nusa Dua so if you fancy treating yourself and your pup you will love this! Conrad Bali allows pets under 40 kg for no additional fee and you’ll love taking in the views on the quiet beach and relaxing with your pooch!

Radisson Blu Uluwatu:



This beautiful 5 star hotel is Radisson Blu’s first Indonesian resort and it truly is a paradise for both you and your pooch. You can both enjoy the gorgeous rooms and stunning views of uluwatu from the resort!

Parachute Bali:



With a relaxed atmosphere and an amazing range of food, Parachute is a great place to spend the day together with your pup! With great rice paddy views and a lawn big enough for your four-legged bff to roam whilst you enjoy their delicious bakery, Parachute is definitely a crowd pleaser.
